Refund policy

At Goldie Lane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 20 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return: Sale or clearance items, Gift cards, Items marked as final sale. 


How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at shopongoldielane@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for items that are returned after the 30-day window, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at shopongoldielane@gmail.com for further instructions.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shopongoldielane@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or exchange, including return shipping costs.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shopongoldielane@gmail.com.
