Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • During Busy seasons or special promotions, processing may take a bit longer- we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. 
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. 

Alaska & Hawaii

  • Standard shipping to Alaska & Hawaii may take 7-14 business days. 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey right to your doorstep. 

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make a change, reach out to us at shopongoldielane@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to accommodate changes, we can't guarantee edits once an order is processed. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. Although Goldie Lane is not responsible for lost packages, if you need further help, don't hesitate to email us- we're here to make sure your Goldie Lane experience is a happy one!
